Shrewsbury station is just a few minutes walk from the town centre with its winding streets, historic half timbered buildings, shops, galleries, museums, riverside park and its famous floral decorations. With its famous flower show held every year Gobowen is the nearest stop for Oswestry and buses leave for the town regularly from outside the station.
